An Untamed Horse
My heart is like an untamed horse.
For a while the horse is calm and steady,
Then suddenly it starts to buck.
For a while peace rules in my breast,
Then sinful desire overwhelms me.
A good rider can tame the horse,
So it always obeys commands.
The challenge of life is to tame the heart
So it always obeys the will.
