		<description>I&#039;ve been considering this post for a few days now.  I keep coming back to Desmond Tutu&#039;s longer definition of Ubuntu.  It really resonates with me.  It seems to me that it defines in a sense the parameters of what a faith community might be looking for in a shepherd/leader.  That someone who is mature enough, and secure enough in who they are in Christ to be affirming of others and not be threatened.  To understand that in building others up s/he is not thereby diminishing him or herself.  I think that this is a key point that is missing in current church leadership.</description>
