10th Anniversary of Grand Forks Flood

Thursday was the commemoration of the 10th anniversary of the Grand Forks flood. The city has gone about rebuilding and is remembering where they were 10 years back. Being a Winnipegger, I too remember the event fairly vividly. I remember the feeling of watching those devastating images on television… and realizing that all that water was headed our way.
