One of the reasons I like getting together with The Old Bill is that every time we chat, I learn something… because Bill Millar has seen just about everything, I think. He introduces his moving account of Robertson’s Last Christmas Pageant by saying, “This is a true story that grew out of my experiences as an Interim or Transitional Minister in Winnipeg for 11 years. It really did happen just like this.” An intro like that makes you want to read on, which is something I’d recommend.
