I don’t know “Pastor Rod” at all other than as a guy who blogs and has a bright shirt in his photo… but he’s been doing a series on Missional Leadership, and has come to Missional Leadership III. I didn’t have to read far to find what I really liked: “Missional leaders lead from earned authority.” Of course, it’s a line of reasoning that fits right in with some of my writings on the subject.
