In the Passover celebration, there is the key part of the feast called the haggadah, which means the “telling”, or “story”. Through this annual practice, the Jewish people remember the exodus from generation to generation. It is fitting that we should do the same with the Easter story. I’ve been re-publishing my article series for this purpose, and have now reformatted the next few… the set is now as follows:
- An Account of the First Easter: Prologue
- An Account of the First Easter: Part I (For Palm Sunday)
- An Account of the First Easter: Part II (Monday, The Fig Tree & The Temple)
- An Account of the First Easter: Part III (Tuesday)
- An Account of the First Easter: Part IV (Wednesday)
- An Account of the First Easter: Part V (Thursday, Passover)
- Passover & the First Eucharist (Related Material)
- An Account of the First Easter: Part VI (Friday, Trial & Crucifixion)
Fortunately, we should be able to add a little more to the story before we’re quite done.
