It seems everyone’s linking and talking about Bono’s address to the National Prayer Breakfast — I’ve already done my blog entry for it as well. Turns out that’s not the only virtual ink he’s getting this week… Darryl Dash points out an interview he did with Kim Lawton after the breakfast address, and Jamie Howison mentions some older material, Bono on the Psalms.

I publicly announce my apology to Bono who I slandered. 15-20 years ago I though I heard him utter support for the IRA to the point of giving 10% of his income. I therefore never liked, infact vehemently disliked him because of this.
This is not true (so speaks the evidence).
Bono, I’m sorry. Please forgive me.
