Seen on the boulevard

Driving down a busy street today (Route 90 near Ness, for the Winnipeggers), I saw a sign on the boulevard:

Half a block later, there was a squeegee kid guy at the intersection. There was no red light, but I wished I could have stopped and given him some cash just for the sign.
