Andrew Jones calls is the “Best Book on the Emerging Church” and Jonny Baker seems to agree. Too bad for them it’s only out in North America so far… Emerging Churches: Creating Christian Community in Postmodern Cultures by Eddie Gibbs and Ryan Bolger. Their definition of the emerging church was mentioned here a week or two ago. It’ll definitely be on my Christmas list; assuming I’ll have to wait until then….
