Desert Pastor posts a question after citing Jeremiah 6:14, “They dress the wound of my people as though it were not serious.” The question is, “How is this true today?”
My cop-out answer is that by definition we can’t really answer because we are naturally blind to it… but on the other hand, I wonder if the answer is that we think we can tinker and tweak a system of church that’s utterly and hopelessly broken. Can we fix it? No, we can’t.
